Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Come Out and Play account here — no need to reinstall the app. Enter your account email and we’ll send a confirmation link.

Deleting your account is permanent. It will cancel activities you created, withdraw you from activities you joined, remove your connections, and delete or anonymize associated account data, subject to limited legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and enforcement retention requirements.

What happens when you confirm:

  • activities you created are canceled and affected participants are notified;
  • you’re withdrawn from activities you joined;
  • your connections are removed;
  • unused connection codes are invalidated; and
  • your account data is deleted or anonymized.

Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your account. Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or enforcement purposes.

If an account exists for that email address, we’ll send a confirmation link. Deletion isn’t final until you click it.
