Play safely and respectfully

Come Out and Play is for adults coordinating activities safely and respectfully. These standards summarize what isn’t allowed. For the full rules, see the Terms and Conditions.

Threats and harassment

No threatening, stalking, bullying, intimidating, or repeated unwanted contact — including inviting someone again after they decline, or reaching someone who blocked you.

Hate and discrimination

No attacking or promoting hatred or unlawful discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.

Sexual solicitation

No soliciting sexual activity, sharing explicit material, or arranging activities primarily for sexual purposes. Never any sexual conduct involving a minor.

Impersonation

No pretending to be someone else, misrepresenting your identity or qualifications, or falsely claiming to represent Come Out and Play.

Unlawful activities

No using the Service to plan or promote trespassing, theft, vandalism, violence, or other unlawful conduct.

Sharing private information

No sharing another person’s home address, phone number, precise location, or other sensitive information without permission.

Evading blocks or safety controls

No using guests, alternate accounts, connection codes, QR codes, or other people to get around a block, exclusion, or suspension.

Unsafe or deceptive activity info

No concealing known dangers, faking meeting locations, or disguising a commercial, illegal, or unrelated purpose as a recreational activity.

How enforcement works

  • Report a user or activity from within the app, or through the support form.
  • Block a user to remove them from your connections, or exclude them from specific activities.
  • We may remove or restrict content, cancel activities, exclude or suspend users, preserve records, and report conduct to authorities when appropriate.
